Hi, I'm Lee, the founder of Weight Loss Owl and author of Expert Weight Loss.
I've worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years, helping people build healthier habits that actually last. These days, I work in GP surgeries across Hertfordshire, taking GP referrals for weight loss support and lifestyle advice, and I still love getting hands on in the gym, helping people reach their goals one step at a time.
Like many people, I've seen how confusing and frustrating it can be to get reliable advice. Everywhere you look, there's another "miracle" plan, promising quick fixes. I've spent years learning how weight loss really works, not through fad diets or fitness gimmicks, but by understanding how the science works, and working with real people in the real world.
I've created this website to share that knowledge and make things clear, practical and honest. This isn't about chasing perfection but using simple, sustainable ways to lose weight and keep it off. It's about progress, balance, and making small changes that fit into real life because that's how lasting results are built.
